Where trade winds meet the tides

Blended in Georgia, our rums bring together the best of the southeast and the Caribbean. We select with intention, marry with patience, and bottle a spirit that tastes like a conversation between our coast and the islands: warm, generous, and unmistakably ours.

Georgia has shaped who we are. The port of Savannah reminds us that rum has always been a traveler’s spirit. The marshes have taught us patience. The southern kitchens of our youth have taught us proportion and generosity. We are dedicated to sourcing locally where it matters, and we give back to the communities that raised us.

Our Rums

Original White

A lightly aged white rum, refined after distillation for exceptional smoothness. Crisp, clear and effortlessly smooth. Perfect for mixing into your favorite cocktails.

Aged Original

An aged Caribbean rum, finished and bottled in Georgia. Richly layered and warmly rounded, it delivers effortless smoothness: equally at home neat, on the rocks or in a refined cocktail.

Second Story Rum

Second Story Rum is a small batch spirit born in the Dominican Republic in 2015. Aged eight years in whiskey barrels, then refined for two more years in wine casks, it delivers a deeply complex, layered character—perfect for savoring neat or as the soul of a truly elevated cocktail.

One man spent years hopping between bars, distilleries, and hidden beach shacks, all searching for the perfect rum. He tasted everything from small batch bottles in the big cities to plastic jugs handed over bonfires. At midnight, just when he was ready to give up, a quiet bartender slid him a simple, unlabeled bottle with a knowing smile. One sip told him, the journey was worth it; because the perfect rum wasn’t fancy, just unforgettable.
